By using Mofeed, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Mofeed on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Mofeed is a research platform that helps researchers publish studies, recruit verified participants, and collect structured research data. Participants can discover relevant studies, complete research tasks, and receive rewards through the Mofeed mobile application where available.
Mofeed serves different types of users, including:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary.
You agree not to misuse Mofeed, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, upload harmful code, or use the platform in a way that could harm other users, researchers, participants, or Mofeed.
Researchers are responsible for defining lawful study requirements, obtaining any required approvals, and using collected data only for legitimate research purposes. Participants are responsible for providing accurate profile information, following study instructions, and participating honestly.
Certain Mofeed services, study publication, analytics support, or participant rewards may involve fees or payment arrangements agreed separately with Mofeed. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Mofeed operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local law unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mofeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Mofeed for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
We may suspend or terminate access to Mofeed if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using Mofeed at any time.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the last revised date. Continued use of Mofeed after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
